The 17th edition of the Budha Subba Gold Cup Football Tournament is to be organised in Dharan from coming February 13.
The Budha Subba Gold Cup Football competition is the oldest competition and carrying the highest prize amount in the mofussil.
Organising a news conference in Dharan today, the organiser, Dharan Football Club, shared that the 17th edition of the tournament is going to be held from February 13. Before this, the tournament was being held in the month of April.
Expressing sadness over bearing losses for lack of modern stadium in Dharan, Club Chairman Kishor Rai said that they would now organise the tournament in a more systematic way.
The tournament is to be organised at the ANFA Technical Centre at Dharan-17.According to the organisers, the number of teams participating in the tournaments will be increased along with the prize amount this year.
