Dan Bahadur Fuyal Memorial Gold Cup: Urlabari FC into final

Urlabari Football Club cruised into the final of the Sixth Dan Bahadur Fuyal Memorial Gold Cup Football Tournament under way in Itahari, Sunsari, with 1-0 victory over Mitramilan Club of Dharan on Monday. Anil Dhimal opened the scoring for Urlabari in the early fourth minute which turned to be the match decider. Bishal Tamang of Urlabari was declared the man-of-the-match and awarded with a purse of Rs 1000.
Urlabari will take on the winner of the second semifinal to be played between Dhankuta Football Club and APF, Damak, to be held on Tuesday. The winner and the runner up will receive cash prize of Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively. Eight teams have participated in the event organized by Jagriti Club of Itahari.
